The following two plans outline my vision for my own classroom. The Community Vision Plan explains how I want to build a healthy and vibrant learning community, which involves students, their families, the neighborhood, and myself.  The Classroom Management Plan explains how I want to set my classroom up so that learning and instruction can be succesful.
